G. Luke Hartstein MD, MBA
Dr. Hartstein received a BS in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University, followed by MD and MBA degrees from New York University Grossman School of Medicine and Stern School of Business. He completed his psychiatry residency at Harvard Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where he was Chief Resident of the outpatient psychiatry service.
Dr. Hartstein has advanced training in psychotherapy, including a 1-year fellowship in psychoanalytic therapy at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society & Institute, as well as training in MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies and the Harvard Interdisciplinary Program in Psychedelics. He complete training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through Voyage Healing Institute.
Dr. Hartstein has written on topics such as the integration of technology into mental heath care, psychedelics, and health policy. His work has been featured in various publications including the Harvard Review of Psychiatry, American Journal of Psychiatry Residents' Journal, JAMA Health Forum, Molecular Medicine, and Stat News.
